Delivery Policy ​

Our products are limited and subject to sell out. We need a period of up to 2 business days for quality control and package preparation. Depending on the customer's zip code, we offer delivery by Correios (PAC or SEDEX) or for collection by hand (Itajaí and Balneário Camboriú). ​For now, we do not deliver outside of Brazil.

Exchange, Return or Refund Policy ​

You can exchange or return the purchased products within 15 days of receipt, as long as they are labeled, with all accessories and have not been used. ​ Send an email to osextintosoficial@outlook.com or contact us through the website to arrange the exchange or return. ​ In case of refund, it will be done within 7 days after confirming the return process.
